- Temperature controlled tanker, configured with temperature sensors that can be viewed & controlled remotely.
- Traceability technology, ensuring product integrity & quality, tankers equipped with GPS devices, pressure switches & temperature probes to track product condition throughout the shipping cycle.
- Fill level technology integrated into tankers to track exact quantity (gallons) of product loaded and unloaded.
- Each tanker is equipped with oxygen (O2) sensors to prevent oxidation of product.
- All tankers are Kosher certified to meet the individual requirements of customers.
- Aseptic technology equipped tanks for a sterile environment, maintaining product integrity by reducing contact with bacteria or microorganisms that may prompt secondary fermentation, which can modify color, aroma and flavor.
